INTRODUCTION
The 8th edition of Ntum Oha Annual lecture will take place at Erinma Hall, Abiriba, on saturday 3rd January, 2008. This edition is expected to be a most rewarding experience. The Chairman Organising Committee, Elder (Engr.) Samuel Agwu Okoji, who has been in the Picture since the inception of the Lecture Series will bring his wealth of experience to good use in this years Annual Lecture.

Legal provisions and creation of local governments in Nigeria
Abiriba Local Government. How to go about it?
ORGANISATION
Target participants: Government officials of Abiriba origin, branch ACIU executives, Age Grade executives, Abiriba NGO executives, Abiriba Professionals, Intellectuals and Elites. Expected participants will total 400.
PROGRAM
The program will start by 12 noon prompt, with an pening prayer by the Chairman of the occasion, after which the president Mr. Chekwas Nkpa will read his opening speech. the first lecturer will mount the podium by 1pm and by 2pm the second lecturer will deliver his paper. the Annual lecture program is expected to end by 2:40pm after a concluding remark by the chairman.
